Frequently Asked Questions

How long do manufacturer warranties last?
Coverage varies by brand and tire model. Most manufacturer warranties cover defects for the life of the tire's usable tread. Mileage-based treadwear warranties typically range from 40,000 to 80,000 miles depending on the tire.
What does road hazard protection cover?
Road hazard protection covers tire damage from unavoidable road debris — nails, glass, potholes, and similar hazards. It does not cover damage from abuse, improper inflation, or normal wear.
What if my tire fails outside your service area?
Manufacturer warranties are honored nationwide by authorized dealers. If you're outside our service territory and need warranty service, the tire manufacturer's dealer network can help. We'll provide all documentation you need.
Is there a cost for warranty claims?
Legitimate warranty claims for manufacturing defects are typically covered at no cost. Road hazard claims may involve prorated charges depending on remaining tread life. We'll always explain costs upfront before doing any work.
